This isn’t just for our benefit. It goes above and beyond. We are here to work together for the greater good, which is why you are here in the first place. This entire discussion, as well as the formation of your security organization, is just the start. We were able to freely discuss your issues and concerns, and we did our best to address them. You can rest confident that the Army is doing all possible to prevent the NPA’s atrocities and other violent activities. What we ask from you is your fervent cooperation in not succumbing to their extortion tactics or engaging in negotiations with them.
