Ayala Corporation conducts “Saludo sa Serbisyo Caravan” for 4ID troops in Cagayan de Oro City

CAMP EVANGELISTA, Cagayan de Oro City– The Ayala Corporation has conducted a “Saludo sa Sebisyo Caravan”, intended for the troops of the 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division at the 4ID Gymnasium, Camp Evangelista, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City on November 20, 2021.

The caravan aimed to recognize the sacrifice and heroism of the soldiers. It offered mobility, housing units, and other livelihood programs that are sustainable and suitable for the soldiers. It also provides free health and social services, including medical consultations where free multi-vitamins was given away.

The activity highlights the partnership between Ayala Corporation and the AFP as committed partners for peace and development in the region. It was initiated by Retired General Emanuel Bautista, the Ayala Corporation Consultant, in close coordination with the 4ID Commander, Major General Romeo S Brawner Jr.

In attendance during the activity were MGen Romeo S Brawner Jr, together with Col Michelle B Anayron, the Assistant Division Commander for Reservist and Retiree Affairs; Col Francisco Molina Jr, Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel, G1; and other 4ID Officers and Enlisted Personnel.

General Bautista (Ret) stated that, “Ang Ayala Corporation o Ayala Group of Companies kasama ang Armed Forces of the Philippines, ay isinagawa ito (serbisyo caravan) para masuklian ang serbisyong ginagawa ng ating mga kasundalohan na nagbubuwis ng kanilang buhay at nag seserbisyo sa bayan, at bilang pagkilala ng sambayanang Pilipino at ng private sector.”

“Meron din tayong mga housing units na available para sa ating mga kasundalohan, at sa Ayala Motors naman, mayroong mga discounted na mga sasakyan na akmang-akma sa kanilang pangangailangan,” Gen Bautista (Ret) said.

Meanwhile, MGen Brawner Jr praised the Ayala Group of Companies for devoting their resources and time to the activity, which he described as timely, relevant, and significant to the 4ID personnel. He also emphasized the tireless efforts and dedicated service of the troops that resulted in many significant developments; they deserve to enjoy the services of the caravan.

“We sincerely thank Ayala Corporation for this endeavour. We hope that the partnership will flourish. The 4ID is ready and committed to whatever future undertakings it may have with the private sector. We, as soldiers, know that the smiles of the people and seeing them satisfied with what we do make us feel fulfilled and more motivated to perform our mandate in the service of our country and people,” MGen Brawner Jr said.
