

The 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division Civilian Human Resource (CivHR) participated in the simultaneous Philippine Army – wide summer sports activity on May 8, 2025, held at the Montalvan Hall, Camp Edilberto Evangelista, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City.
CivHR from the 52nd Engineer Brigade, 10th Field Property Accountability Office, 10th Regional Community Defense Group, 10th Field Accounting Unit, Accounting Service, and Camp Evangelista Station Hospital also joined the activity in a dynamic display of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and wellness.
The day-long event opened with a lively health and wellness Zumba dance, setting an energetic tone to kick-start the celebration with movement, music, and fun.
Highlighting the activity is the variety of fun and inclusive games designed to foster unity and lighten the atmosphere. CivHR enthusiastically competed in a mix of traditional Filipino Larong Pinoy and obstacle course challenges that tested both physical coordination and team strategy. These games encouraged not only friendly competition but also a deeper appreciation for Filipino heritage and collaboration among participants.
In her remark, Major Daisy P. Baguio, the Chief of the Gender and Development (GAD) Office under the Office of the Chief of Staff for Personnel (OG1), 4ID, who graced the activity as guest of honor, recognized the vital role of CivHR in the fulfillment of mission and driving the collective success of the organization. Thus, the Command values not only their contributions but also prioritizes their overall well-being.
The nation-wide activity reinforced the Army’s commitment to building a dynamic and healthy workforce through a holistic approach and values-based initiatives that promote meaningful workplace relationships and create a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
