

4ID Commander, Major General Jose Maria R. Cuerpo II, visited the 103rd Infantry (Haribon) Brigade at Kampo Ranao in Marawi City on November 20, 2024, for his official farewell visit.
Major General Cuerpo II, who previously served in the 103rd Infantry Brigade before assuming the position of commander of 4ID, was given a warm reception upon arrival, including a full military honor ceremony. He was received by Brigadier General Yegor Rey P. Barroquillo Jr., the current Brigade Commander, along with other officers and enlisted personnel of the brigade.
During the visit, Major General Cuerpo II addressed the troops in a heartfelt exit call, expressing his gratitude for their service and dedication. He commended the brigade for its commitment to safeguarding the nation and reflected on the shared experiences that have contributed to its strength. The 103rd Infantry Brigade, a unit that played a significant role in shaping Major General Cuerpo II’s military career, holds a special place in his leadership journey.
