Brigadier General Michele B. Anayron Jr., Commander of the 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division, delivered inspirational thoughts and command guidance to troops who underwent Restructured Reenlistment Training (RRT) during the Commander’s Time held at the 4ID Grandstand, Camp Evangelista, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City on February 20, 2025.
The Commander’s Time is a dedicated session where the 4ID Commander addresses personnel, reinforcing the values and principles that define their service. He directly engages with the trainees, providing them with insights and guidance on professionalism and leadership, reminding them of their mandate tasks, and further boosting their morale.
A total of 197 RRT (Batch 01-2025) trainees, consisting of 187 male and 10 female soldiers, from different line units under 4ID, underwent a 45-day mandatory training aimed at ensuring the highest levels of operational effectiveness and combat readiness among troops. The training is a prerequisite for reenlistment to the regular force of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
BGen Anayron underscored the importance of RRT in sharpening the skills and knowledge of the troops, molding them into world-class, multi-mission-ready soldiers capable of executing cross-domain operations. Further, he reminded the troops that their reenlistment was not just a continuation of their military careers but also a renewed pledge to uphold the values and responsibilities of being protectors of the nation.
