The 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division Army Recruitment Mobile Team of ARO-Mindanao and Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel, OG1, is now accepting applicants for Pre-Entry Examinations (AFPSAT, AQE, and SWE) to the qualified applicants for Officer Candidate Course (OCC) and Candidate Soldier Course (CSC.
For Officer Candidate Course (OCC)
Calling all Qualified OCC applicants from Cagayan de Oro and nearby areas.
WHAT: Pre-Entry Examination (AFPSAT, AQE & SWE) REGULAR SCHEDULE
WHEN: AFPSAT – @8AM, every Monday, Tuesday &
AQE & SWE – every Saturday.
WHERE: ARO-Mindanao, Camp Evangelista, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City
HOW:

Step 2:
Visit the ARO Mindanao Office for screening to get your schedule
Bring the necessary requirements such as:
-Diploma
-Transcript of Records (TOR)
-PSA-Issued Birth Certificate
-Gov’t issued valid ID
For fresh graduates who were not able to get their Diploma & TOR, you may present your certificate of graduation instead.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (at least 4 Yrs Course)
- 21-26 Yrs Old but not a day older than 27 at the start of the training
- at least 5 feet in height
- Single without child or no Parental Obligation
- Physically and mentally fit
- No pending case in any court
Reminder for FEMALE applicants:
Due to the limited quota of FEMALE for OCC candidates, the following courses will be the basis for priority in recruitment:

-Natural-born Filipino Citizen
-Single with no parental obligation
-At least 5 feet tall (both male and female)
-Physically and Mentally fit
-At least 21 years old but not a day older than 28 years old on the date of graduationat the Officer Candidate School (OCS)
-MS43 graduate
-No pending case in any court
For CSC
For qualified CSC applicants from Cagayan de Oro and nearby areas
Qualifications:
- At least 72 units or Senior High School graduate
- Natural-born Filipino citizen
- Single with no parental obligation
- At least 5 feet tall (both male & female)
- Physically & mentally fit
- At least 18 years old but not a day older than
26 years old upon oath-taking - No pending cases in any court
INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school Diploma/K-12 Diploma
- Form 137/Copy of Grades
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Valid ID
For SE
For qualified Special Enlistment (SE) applicants from Cagayan de Oro and nearby areas
Qualifications:
-Must be an AFSAT passer
-Natural-born Filipino citizen
-At least 18 year old but not a day older than 36 years old
-Single or married
-Physically and mentally fit
-With good moral character
-No pending case in any court
