AFPMC Commander Visits 4ID

Brigadier General Jonna D. Dalaguit, Commander of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center (AFPMC), made a significant return to her former home as she visited the 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division at Camp Evangelista, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City, on December 30, 2024.

BGen. Dalaguit, who once served in the Camp Evangelista Station Hospital of 4ID before assuming command of the AFPMC, was warmly received by Colonel Leo E. Bongosia, Division Inspector General and Acting Chief of Staff of the 4ID. She was welcomed with full military honors, underscoring the division’s deep respect and admiration for her service and contributions.

During her visit, Brig. Gen. Dalaguit discussed the health and well-being of the troops with the 4ID leadership, exploring opportunities for collaboration between the AFPMC and 4ID. Their conversation highlighted initiatives to improve medical support and readiness within the division.

In his statement, 4ID Commander Major General Jose Maria R. Cuerpo II expressed his gratitude for BGen. Dalaguit’s visit and acknowledged her invaluable contributions both as a former member of the division and as a leader in military medical services.
