The intensified Focus Military Operations (FMOs) of the unit under Lt. Col. Noel C. Calimquim paved-way for the voluntary surrender of certain Jequilino G Sanggod Alyas Bartoloy, MB member under Headquarters LOADER Sub-regional Committee 2 with his firearm, one (1) M16 rifle with ammunition and Mr. Adel C Sagulay Alyas Amisan, Vice-CO of MB under Headquarters NEO of North Central Mindanao Regional Committee (NCMRC) bringing along with him his firearms, one (1) M16 and one (1) AK47 rifles.
Their eagerness to live a peaceful life free from uncertainties fueled them to return to the folds of the law.

Lt. Col. Noel C. Calimquim, Acting Commanding Officer of 26IB, gratefully welcomed them for their fearless decision to abandon the revolutionary movement and go back to the folds of the law.

Lt. Col. Calimquim also appeals to other remaining members of NPA and uttered, “The government is committed in giving its full potential to assist any of you in your transition in going back to the mainstream society as it was undertaken in the implementation of EO70, the “whole of nation approach”. But if you were hesitant to the law, I guarantee to all of you that the Army will not hesitate and always ready to use its force against peace spoilers and other threat groups who will continue to spouse terrorism,” he ended.

They will now undergo series of interviews and assessments from the different concerned agencies as one of the requirements for their enrollment to the Enhance Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).
