The recently promoted commander of the 403rd Infantry “Peacemaker” Brigade, Brigadier General Seigfred C Tubalado, made his first official visit to the 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, at Camp Evangelista, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City today, May 22, 2025.
BGen Tubalado, who assumed command earlier this month, met with 4ID Commander Major General Michele B. Anayron Jr., along with key senior officers. The visit marked a pivotal moment in his transition to brigade leadership and underscored the brigade’s integration into the overall division’s operational framework.
